JEWELRY CARE
Visit our full Jewelry Care guide on the Ethical Craft page — it covers cleaning, storage, and care by material.
SIZING
The most accurate way is to visit a local jeweler for a professional measurement. You can also measure at home using a strip of paper: wrap it around your finger, mark where it overlaps, measure the length in mm — that's your circumference. Use our size guide to convert to your ring size.
Contact us at hello@quebelek.com as soon as possible. If production hasn't started yet, we can adjust your size. Once production has begun, we're unable to make changes — but you can return the piece within 14 days of delivery for a refund and reorder in the correct size.
All QUÉBELEK necklaces are adjustable in length — so they sit exactly where you want them. Each product page lists the length range. If you have questions about fit, feel free to reach out at hello@quebelek.com.
Our ear cuffs are available in S (8mm inner diameter) and M (12 mm inner diameter). Both sizes are designed to fit comfortably on most ears — if you're unsure which to choose, check the individual product page for guidance or contact us.
SUSTAINABILITY
All QUÉBELEK pieces are made from 925 recycled sterling silver with either rhodium plating or 18k gold vermeil using recycled gold. Same quality, smaller footprint.
Recycled silver is recovered from existing silver sources — industrial waste, old jewelry, electronics — and refined back to its pure state. It's chemically identical to newly mined silver, with significantly lower environmental impact.
Our manufacturing partner holds full certification from the Responsible Jewellery Council — the global standard for ethical practices covering labor rights, environmental impact, and responsible sourcing.
Our packaging is handmade in a small atelier from micro suede — washable, reusable, and designed to be kept. Every element is chosen to avoid single-use waste.
