RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Every piece leaves us carefully checked and packaged. But if something isn't right when it reaches you — we're here.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, on unused and undamaged items. For production defects, you're covered for 2 years. Just reach out to hello@quebelek.com and we'll take care of it.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@quebelek.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm your return within 1–2 business days and provide the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit on the way back to us.
We reserve the right to retain the refund until we have received the items or valid proof of return.
The following items are not eligible for return:
— Earrings that have been worn, for hygiene reasons
— Items showing visible signs of use or damage caused by the customer
— Items not returned in their original packaging
Pre-order and made-to-order pieces follow the same 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you have a question about your specific order, contact us before returning.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
We are entitled to make a deduction from the refund if the item shows signs of use that reduce its value beyond what was necessary to inspect it.
Please note that we cannot refund customs duties or VAT for orders shipped outside the EU.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different piece, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours at hello@quebelek.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
If your jewelry develops a fault due to a production defect, you may claim repair or replacement within 2 years of purchase. Valid proof of purchase is required. Contact us with your order number, description, and photos of the issue.
Damage caused by normal wear, improper care, or accidents is not covered under this policy.
