PRE-ORDER DELIVERY
QUÉBELEK's first collection is currently available for pre-order. Pre-order opens June, 2026 — estimated delivery August 2026.
Each piece is made to order and goes through production, hand finishing/plating, QC, official hallmarking, and careful packaging before it reaches you. Here's what that timeline looks like:
— Production: approximately 6 weeks
— Hallmarking & quality control: up to 1 week
— Packaging & dispatch: 2–3 days
— Delivery to your door: 2–5 business days within the EU
Total estimated time from order to delivery: up to 8 weeks.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.
Europe (EU): Free shipping on all orders. No minimum.
United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: Flat rate shipping fee applies. Rates shown at checkout.
Asia & rest of world: Flat rate shipping fee applies. Rates shown at checkout.
We ship from Barcelona, Spain and Lisbon, Portugal via DHL and UPS.
Once your order is dispatched within 1–2 days, standard delivery times are:
— EU countries: 2–5 business days
— United States & Canada: 5–8 business days
— Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
— Asia: 5–10 business days
— Africa: 7–10 business days
These are estimates. Public holidays, customs delays, and peak periods (November–December) may affect delivery times. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your order ships. Use the link provided to follow your parcel in real time.
If you haven't received your tracking email within the estimated dispatch window, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@quebelek.com.
We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely. However, once a parcel is in the hands of the carrier, delays caused by weather, volume, or customs are outside our control.
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours at hello@quebelek.com. We will arrange a replacement.
If the package appears visibly damaged or tampered with upon delivery, you have the right to refuse it.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
